Background

In the first drink of your Guiness, you must drink it down to the middle of the G in the Guiness logo. The faster the better, but precision is the ultimate goal. A “perfect” split (by house rules) is aligned to the spur (flat middle line) of the G. Either side of the glass counts (as they’re often misaligned), but the newer glasses with the large logo text don’t count.
